"Fearful lest it be relegated to the position of an isolated sect, Christianity seems to be making frenzied efforts at mimicry in order to escape being devoured by its enemies--a reaction that seems defensive, but is in fact self-destructive. In the hope of saving itself, it seems to be assuming the colors of its environment, but the result is that it loses its identity. . . ."
--Leszek Kolakowski, from Modernity on Endless Trial

MEGAN'S LAW OFFENDERS OUTED AT GAY PRIDE PARADE, BY THE RECORD'S OWN CALIFORNIA CORRESPONDENT!
Yes, it's true!

The RECORD's own California correspondent, James Hartline, made national news last week by exposing the fact that two registered child molestors are coordinators for the upcoming San Diego “gay pride” event. One of the child molestors used violence to coerce his young victim into a sex act.

Hartline discovered that at least two of the organizers of the event are dangerous sexual deviants, by matching up the names listed in the LGBT official guide for the event against the names appearing on California’s Megan’s law website. Hartline also pointed out in his newsletter that young people at the San Diego event “will be exposed to a multitude of pornographic images and S&M leather products as they walk around the gay pride festival."

Governor Schwarzenegger praised the upcoming “gay pride” event in the following terms, the same Liberal pap we hear in connection with the debate over gay rights in Maine. Namely, he said: “I am pleased to extend warm greetings to all who have gathered for this year's Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Pride Celebrations. California is proud to host events that celebrate diversity and support active civic participation. I applaud your efforts to foster ties within your community and to promote cultural and social acceptance in our Golden State.” Which of course begs the question, social acceptance of what…violent sex crimes against minors?

The San Diego Gay Pride organization is also the sponsor of the recent San Diego Gay Youth Pride event.

Michael Heath, Executive Director of the Christian Civic League recently severely criticized Schwarzenegger’s stand on these issues, and faulted President Bush’s statement that he will not consider a person’s stand on abortion and gay marriage as criteria for who should be appointed to the Supreme Court.

Protect Your Children
The photo at the right shows seventh graders from the Hodgkins School in Augusta being led to the Gay Lesbian Bisexual Transgender Expo at the State Capitol.

While they passed through the expo, children were allowed to take condoms from tables manned by transvestites and "transgendered" individuals.

Within ready reach of the children were a variety of materials promoting and extolling the homosexual lifestyle. Though most of the pamphlets and fliers were geared to an adult audience, one of the fliers on the tables was designed for children. The fliers, which gave the impression of being done in crayons, advertised “Drop in Meetings: where gay, Lesbian. Bisexual and “questioning youth” could
”play games, watch videos, cook meals together, and just hang out” The flier assured the readers that their participation would be kept confidential. The flier said that those who visited the “Drop in Meetings” would be encouraged to talk about anything with each other or with “trusted adults.”

Lest We Forget
RECESSIONAL - by Rudyard Kipling

God of our fathers, known of old,
Lord of our far-flung battle-line,
Beneath whose awful Hand we hold
Dominion over palm and pine -
Lord God of Hosts, be with us yet,
Lest we forget - lest we forget!

The tumult and the shouting dies;
The Captains and the Kings depart:
Still stands Thine ancient sacrifice,
An humble and a contrite heart.
Lord God of Hosts, be with us yet,
Lest we forget - lest we forget!

Far-called, our navies melt away;
On dune and headland sinks the fire:
Lo, all our pomp of yesterday
Is one with Nineveh and Tyre!
Judge of the Nations, spare us yet,
Lest we forget - lest we forget!

If, drunk with sight of power, we loose
Wild tongues that have not Thee in awe,
Such boastings as the Gentiles use,
Lord God of Hosts, be with us yet,
Lest we forget - lest we forget!

For heathen heart that puts her trust
In reeking tube and iron shard,
All valiant dust that builds on dust,
And guarding, calls not Thee to guard,
For frantic boast and foolish word -
Thy mercy on Thy People, Lord!
