Christian Civic League of Maine 2005 Banquet Registration Page

Friday, October 7, 2005 6 p.m. at the Senator Inn and Restaurant on Western Avenue in Augusta

Thanks for your interest in our banquet!  This year you can register and pay for your tickets online.  When you click on submit an email will be generated.  Our Operations Director will receive your information on her computer.  If you want to confirm details with her call 1-207-622-7634 extension 1.  Now, you'll need to do some figuring before you fill out the form below.  Individual seats at the banquet are available for an affordable $15 donation. 

You may want to sponsor a table (optional), since this banquet is a fund raiser for the Christian Civic League of Maine.  Table sponsorship levels are as follows:

  • Jeremiah level -- $1000

  • Jonah level -- $500

  • Daniel level -- $250

Eight banquet seats come with each table sponsorship level.  You have until Monday, October 3, 2005 at 5 p.m. to let us know that you have filled your table.  If you don't fill your table then we will be pleased to fill it for you.  You may choose to be listed in our banquet program as a table sponsor.  You must email or write us to indicate your interest in being listed.  Write Christian Civic League of Maine, 70 Sewall Street, Augusta, ME  04330.  Please indicate what level of table sponsorship you would like in the message box below.  Also, enter the total amount you are donating in the message box, and remember that amount.  After you click on the "Submit Form" button you will be taken to the screen where you may choose to make your payment online using Paypal.
